For U.S.
orders, all shipped items are issued a tracking number
by the US Postal Service. This number indicates if a
package was successfully delivered. Manoatoa is not
responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods once
they are shipped. However, if there is a problem,
please contact us via email so we can see how we may
assist you.
All items
shipped from Manoatoa meet our standards of quality
and are in good condition. You will be notified via
email that your items are ready to be shipped. Manoatoa
will not honor any claims for lost or stolen
items once they are shipped and have been confirmed "delivered" by the US Postal
Service.
At the time
of payment,.Manoatoa will ship items to the address
given by the customer as the "shipping address." Manoatoa is not responsible for items shipped to
the "wrong address" if that address
was provided by the customer at the time of payment.

Your items are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) - Express Mail. It may take approximately 6 days to arrive from the date the item was shipped.
USPS Express Mail is the only way for both the customer and Manoatoa to accurately track international shipments at the lowest cost. Our previous option of International Priority Mail delivery was vague and unreliable. Both Manoatoa and it's customers were unable to accurately track the progress of items shipped. The upgrade to Express Mail allows customers to have piece of mind as to the location of their shipment from the USA to your country. Express mail also includes up to $100 of insurance coverage for loss or damage. |
